“…Celebrations as this are not a simple remembrance, but show of force, actions of Life, review of our works…  Italy proceed at full speed…  In this year we had two important events:  the referendum of Littorio and the peace with the Pope (signed at Lateran by Mussolini and Card. Gasparri after 3 years negotiations which resulted in the Vatican treaty and the constitution of the new State of Vatican City, treaty which assured the Holy See absolute Independence and guaranteed it sovereignty)
